I'm giving this a 1 because it's VERY deceptively marketed. It's plastered all over the site that it's FREE, yet, strangely it's $19.99 in the Store. So in this case it's Free as in "we won't ask you to pay before you download it" but not actually free any any real sense that you would associate with software.
Don't have a problem with paying for good software, DO have a problem with misleading marketing. If it's not free, say so.

Testing on my laptop. They added some incredibly annoying GPU ACTIVITY MONITOR thing that shows up in the Notification area and no matter how many times I try to toggle it off, it keeps coming back on its own.
How many little junky things are they going to add and not allow us to properly disable / turn off?
I just want the DRIVER - not all the extra junk that they are putting in. PLEASE let us have the option of NOT installing anything but the core driver. And test all your updates to confirm that they work properly, cause I can't toggle that thing off, and I can't get it to disappear from the context menu either.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware.

Excellent program, not perfect.
Text is horrendous. Seems to have a slow refresh frequency, causing the text to appear thin and jumpy with insufficient contrast. Selecting larger font and using Windows ClearType feature doesn't help.
Tray icon is so annoying I turned it off, not very useful to me anyway, you may find it useful.
I love the initial security scan, I wish it could be used every time I start the program. Maybe there's a way to change that option in the INI file!
Gets 4.5/5! Highly recommended!
Microsoft Image Composite Editor is an advanced panoramic image stitcher. You shoot a set of overlapping photographs of a scene from a single location, and Image Composite Editor creates a high-resolution panorama incorporating all your images at full resolution. Then save your stitched panorama in a wide variety of formats, from common formats like JPEG and TIFF to multi-resolution tiled formats.
CuteHotspot lets you charge the customers of your cafe, club, shop, hotel, etc. when they connect their laptops, PDAs or any other mobile devices to your access point (Wi-Fi hotspot) and use the Internet to surf the web, read emails or chat via an instant messenger. Setup point-of-sale (POS) for making walk-in and memeber sales, use the built-in inventory system.

I previously used RevoUninstaller. Smarty ups the ante a bit detecting recently installed apps and "possibly broken installations", it will also finish incomplete uninstalls.
My only real criticism is its fairly slow and long routine when it starts.
No big deal that it calls the programs uninstaller and runs it!
I let it detect all the rubbish left behind - folders, shortcuts and registry entries and let it clean out the lot. So far (!) it hasn't broken anything - and I've used it a lot over 5 or 6 months - so i'd say it is very safe and reliable - whether it (or Revo for that matter - actually cleans everything out - I'm not about to go hunting through the registry!
Hard to get too excited about this program - mainly because it does what it is supposed to do without too much fuss. An added benefit (which they don't tell you about) is that it comes bundled with a very good and simple process inspector, a secure deletion tool, and a startup manager.
Runs flawlessly on Win7 too.

What would make this even better if there where beta versions in suite,no hassle like usually with them?
Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale is a new generation of restaurant management software. It is a complete solution, beginning with taking orders from patrons, and ending with billing and tax reports. The user interface is carefully optimized for high speed input of a patron's order and the prevention of common mistakes. It's designed for using on multiple computers, and contains reliable and secure authorization levels. The layouts of the guest bill can be customized, and the program can be set up for any currencies, taxes, and gratuities. Payments can be accepted by cash, credit cards, or checks. For managers, there is a rich set of reports that shows a complete picture of restaurant operations and life cycles: menu consumption, reservation frequency, hours of high restaurant load, busiest tables, most active employees, payment methods, and automatic tax calculations. By standardizing the entire restaurant management process, the software radically improves serving speed.

This version is even more free than the last. It keeps working forever. Some advanced features are disabled over time (none of the critical ones like ProBalance and default priorities and affinities). This version has no nag timer like the last, which is why I say it is more free.
I call it Shareware so I'm not assaulted by those who prefer Freeware labels only be put on something that is free in every way, and in every feature. It has been labelled Shareware here for 2 years now, so... ;)

Sorry, just isn't useful. I do Virtual Tours as part of my company's offerings. I use PTGui.
While this is free, it lacks the advanced options that are essential for me to actually complete a tour. I've tried several sets and while it can figure out some, when your set doesn't work, you're screwed. PTGui allows control point editing and all of the needed features that will get you from a hopeless set of photos to a full set. Stitching areas of plain sky or blank walls etc -- those tough situations.
I'll keep my eye on this project as I have no love for PTGui beyond the fact that it -does- the job. I was actually excited about this, but much like the auto stitching tool in Photoshop, it just doesn't cut it.
